Learning Standards: Common Core (Math)
Overview
In this activity, students use pattern blocks to model fractions. Once the models are complete, students order their fractions from least to greatest. They then learn the cross-multiplying method of comparing fractions. This activity builds understanding of ordering and comparing fractions.
