In this activity, students will explore the role of interviewing in business. They will begin by identifying the purpose of an interview and brainstorming a list of properties or characteristics of interviews in the business world. Next, working in teams, student will develop a job description and interview questions. They then pair up to take turns role-playing an interviewer and an applicant.
