Mizzen by Mott allows scheduling of activities, grouping of children, and communication between members of an afterschool organization. To take advantage of these features you'll want to invite your colleagues.
Mizzen provides accounts for both individuals and organizations. Inviting a colleague is only possible when you're a member of an organization. If you're an individual user the "Invite A Colleague" button will not appear in Mizzen. If you are an individual and would like to switch to an organization please contact our support team, who would be happy to help you.
To invite a colleague:
- Tap the menu
button in the top left corner of the screen. - Tap the Invite A Colleague button in the lower left corner of the screen.
- Enter the name of the colleague into the Name field.
- Enter the email address of the colleague into the Email field.
- Tap the Send Invite button to send the invitation to your colleague so they can join you using Mizzen.
